CCNP is a collaborative of non-profit and public agencies brought together to provide Westlake and Central City area youth and their families with a comprehensive array of social, educational, and recreational services.

Objectives of the program are to:

• Reduce the number of teenage pregnancies
• Reduce gang violence
• Increase school attendance and graduation
• Increase employment among area youth residents
• Improve the general health of the community
• Promote family self-sufficiency
