Legal Assistance-Landlord/Tenant
Inner City Law Center

Established in 1980, Inner City Law Center is a non-profit legal services organization. The center provides legal services to the homeless and poor families living in skid row, Boyle Heights, Pico-Union, Westlake, South Central Los Angeles and surrounding communities.

The mission of the center is to provide quality legal services designed to ensure that indigent individuals and poor families live in safe and decent housing and, eventually, move out of poverty. To this end, Inner City Law Center specializes in legal services around housing and government benefits.

Our current Family Development Network sevices include assistance related to housing issues, such as obtaining landlord repairs, assistance before City agencies in filing complaints and obtaining landlord compliance and representation for violations of the City's rent control ordinance. Services around government benefits include assistance with issues involving General Relief, Food Stamps, TANF and other government programs.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
